3. Attaching proof of payments to an invoice

- Currently, RevUp can send invoices via email or a Merchant can share a link to their customer.
Note: In the future, we plan to add sending of invoices via Viber and SMS.
- Your customers will receive their invoice in their email. They simply have to click on the ‘View Invoice’ button or on the URL near the bottom of the email.
- After clicking, your customer will be led to their invoice page. In the invoice page, they’ll be able to see a summary as well as detailed view of the invoice.
- Pressing the “Upload Proof of Payment” button will lead them to the page below. Customers have to select the proof of payment to upload.
- After selecting an image, the system will automatically extract payment details. The customer has the option to edit the data if there are any mistakes.
- After pressing “Submit”, the transaction will be marked for review by the Merchant.
